Florida Casino Delorean Giveaway

I saw in a local newspaper ad yesterday (Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel, Showtime weekend events section) that the Seminole Indian Casino in Coconut Creek, Florida is running a "Back To The Future" themed promotion this month, with a Delorean being given away the evening of 26 June. So if you don't win the car at DCS, here's another chance, LOL. Frankly, I bet the 1 in 600 odds of winning on a single ticket at DCS are probably way better than anything the casino could offer, and you know that the car will be in great condition and real-world road tested.

By the way, anyone know where they're getting their car from? I'd assume from DMC Florida, but you never know...

And for those friends following the ongoing saga of Vanessa's & my personal plans for getting back to our own future together here in Florida, great news earlier this week. We finally got an approval notice on her visa application, and are now awaiting an appointment date for the live interview at the USA embassy in Bogota, Colombia, which could come as early as some time in July. So it won't be too much longer til my sad & lonely passenger seat finally has a regular occupant in it.
