I could fund that guy's next house in my part orders alone. He is WELL worth the money and time, and is available almost anytime for trouble-shooting questions. Wonderful man, great products, quick to resolve issues, and is very reasonable. I have spent with all the vendors so John isnt the only one whose retirement I'm funding - I HIGHLY recommend his business.

I'm also another satisfied customer of John's. As already mentioned, I'd stay away from the high output alternator but he's definitely an honest vendor and an asset to the dmc community.

I purchased his complete stainless braided fuel line kit earlier this year with the black Teflon coating. Awesome Awesome parts and much cheaper than NOS plastic fuel lines I would have had to buy. The guy has a lot on his plate but does pretty well to get parts out quickly. He was responsive to my emails and is an all around nice guy as everyone on here will tell you.

I plan on doing some more restoration/upgrades next year and will be using SpecialTAuto for some of my parts. I am just a few hours DMCMW and like to support them with my business as well. Dave/Julie are both great.

In general most people will tell you good things about any of the 'vendors' with the exception of D1.

His plastic steering column bushing broke in half and he wouldn't replace it. His core charges take longer than they should to get back also, but other than that I'd say I couldn't complain.
